AMALIA short - SET DESIGN POSTERS
In mid-2022, we were hired to produce posters a short film that was being filmed in the Tampa Bay area. After scouting the location with the director, we found a large brick wall that would be perfect for the scene she had in mind. The brick wall had large openings, seemingly perfect for a movie theater. We decided to fill each opening with realistic (fake) independent movie posters.
Since the film is centered around multiple songs by the artist Melody Gardot, we based the posters on song titles by the same artist. We wanted all of the posters to have a feminine and empowering underlying theme and were given creative freedom to give each poster its own style.

Darling and diversion short film posters
Both of these short films starring Mandy Mills were completed in 2023. We photographed and designed both posters. The director for "Darling" had a specific vision for the concept of the poster, and we were able to capture the image of the main character in-camera with very minimal editing. "Diversion" was created for a local film challenge in which our team had seven days to write, film and edit a 10-minute short.
THE LIZARD
An unhoused man navigates the highs and lows of addiction with a keen sensitivity to the simple beauty of life. When he experiences an unlikely connection he is forced him to face the dilemma of his circumstances.
We had an amazing experience collaborating on the visual direction for this key art with Seth and Luka, the writer and director of "The Lizard."
